Shipping and Delivery Policy
Product Dispatch
All products are dispatched from our dedicated warehousing facilities. Unless otherwise requested by the customer at the time of ordering, all deliveries must be signed for upon receipt. Customers requesting alternative delivery methods must specify their preference during the ordering process, and such shipments will be dispatched at the customer’s own risk.
Shipping Charges
We are pleased to offer free delivery for the vast majority of mainland U.K. orders. However, we currently do not deliver to Northern Ireland or the Republic of Ireland. Deliveries to the Scottish Isles and Highlands are subject to additional carriage charges. For details on these charges, please contact us prior to placing your order.
Delivery Timeline
At Buschbeck UK Ltd, we strive to deliver all orders within four working days from payment processing. Dispatch typically occurs on the same day payment is confirmed. For orders requiring more than 28 days to fulfill, customers will be notified in writing and offered the option to cancel their order and receive a full refund. Products unavailable at the time of ordering will be dispatched as soon as they become available. Please note, Buschbeck UK Ltd cannot be held responsible for delivery delays caused by suppliers or transport providers.
Express Shipping
We offer a “Next Day” delivery service for an additional fee on many products. If you require express shipping, please contact us to confirm product availability and the additional transportation cost before placing your order.
Delivery Scope and Procedure
For palletised deliveries, our transport providers will deliver your Buschbeck Outdoor Living product to the nearest kerbside vehicular access point at the delivery address. For parcel deliveries, items will be delivered to your front door. Signatures are typically required for both delivery methods. Please note that palletised delivery providers are not obligated to move the pallet beyond the kerbside vehicular access point.
