The Fontana Lorenzo oven also features a stainless steel door with heatproof handle allowing easy access to the inside of the oven when in use . The cooking surface of the oven features food grade high-quality refractory stones which are perfect for food use and give consistent cooking and baking performance. Furthermore, the internal structure is manufactured from stainless steel with the external surfaces being painted with high temperature paint for maximum resistance to heat, weather, and corrosion.The unique cooking chamber – domed back-to-back and side-to-side — eliminates hot spots and ensures uniform heat distribution. The innovative design allows smoke to exit even when the door is closed for maximum heat retention and consistent cooking temperatures. The Fontana Lorenzo oven also features high performance insulation materials which allows the maintenance of temperature more efficiently and to prevent the external surfaces of the oven from becoming too hot.
